Director of Rooms, Lagos Continental Hotel, Cuthberga Onuoha, has stressed the need for holistic wellness and consistent physical fitness, which are crucial for a balanced lifestyle and disease prevention.

Onuoha, who stated this in a chat with journalists in Lagos, said the hotel has positioned itself as a leader in wellness tourism, offering a state-of-the-art fitness centre and expert guidance.

According to him, the hotel’s commitment to wellness is evident in its cutting-edge facilities and holistic approach to fitness, catering to the growing demand for enriching and aspirational lifestyles.
