Former Super Eagles coach, Sunday Oliseh has predicted the AFCON semi-final tie between Egypt and Senegal.
The Pharaohs and the Teranga Lions will face each other in the AFCON last-4 on Wednesday evening.
Both teams head to the game after beating Ivory Coast and Mali, respectively, in the quarter-final.
However, Oliseh believes Senegal will beat Egypt because the West Africans have the belief to overcome their opponent.
“Egypt is coming with revenge from the past after losing the AFCON final to Senegal. Senegal is coming with the mind that we are better than you, we have beaten you in the past,” Oliseh said on the Global Football Insights podcast.
“It’s difficult to say who will win between Egypt and Senegal, but I am leaning a bit towards Senegal because they have this belief that they can overcome.”
