Real Estate Award Ltd has announced the nominated recipients for the 2025 edition of the event scheduled to hold on 24th August, 2025 at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel in Abuja.
In a statement issued yesterday by the director of Programmes and Communications, Mrs Rosemary Ifekam, said the event is aimed at celebrating the achievements of the Abuja real estate and property developers within the FCT industry.
“This year, a total of 1,623 nominations were received across the award categories. After a careful and up-to-date screening, the committee approved the listed organisations for the voting process, which was determined by the general public through the organisers’ website,” Ifekam said.
“The voting stage not only helped us to identify our final award recipients but also helped us to determine the influence of the organisation within the real estate and property sector.
The successful winners from the categories have been communicated to, via an official letter,” she added.
The chairman of the Advisory Board, Dr. Uwabor Joshua, said the award dinner, scheduled to hold on 24th August, 2025, at Transcorp Hilton, Abuja, would be a world-class event.
Aside from the awards, exhibition opportunities would be made available for some registered organisations to enable them to present their products and services to the public.
