The Inspector General of Police, IGP Kayode Egbetokun has appointed SP Abimbola Adebisi as the Police Public Relations Officer of Lagos State command.
The appointment followed the deployment of former Lagos PPRO, Benjamin Hundeyin as the news Force Public Relations Officer.
The Force PRO confirmed the appointment of Abimbola in a post on his X page on Monday.
Benjamin urged Lagos residents to accord the new PPRO “all the support and cooperation she needs to succeed at her new role”.
Abimbola holds a degree in English Language and Literature from Tai Solarin University of Education, and a Master’s degree in English Language from the National Open University of Nigeria.
Her professional training includes certifications in Human Rights, Conflict Management, Human Psychology and Child Protection from the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre, Accra, Ghana.
