Chelsea plans for new central defender revealed

Manchester United have their sights on landing Bayern Munich centre-back Dayot Upamecano as a replacement for Harry Maguire next summer.

Arsenal have accepted a bid from Crystal Palace for 25-year-old winger Reiss Nelson, believed to be around andamp;pound;15 million. Nelson spent last season on loan at Fulham, and the Cottagers had hoped to bring the player back to West London but were unable to match the Gunners’ valuation.
