Chelsea suffer fresh Reece James injury blow

Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has confirmed that the Blues are without Dario Essugo and Romeo Lavia with injuries ahead of the Carabao Cup third round tie against Lincoln City on the road.

Arsenal have allowed Reiss Nelson to move to Premier League rivals Brentford on loan for the 2025-26 season, with a view to a permanent transfer. Nelson has been looking for a new team for most of the summer, and a deal had been expected to either Fulham or Crystal Palace, however Brentford have secured a deal and will pay around andamp;pound;15 million next summer should Nelson impress.
