JUST-IN: Tinubu Back In Abuja After 2-week Vacation In France

President Bola Tinubu on Tuesday returned to Abuja after spending two weeks on his annual vacation in Paris, France.

The President, who arrived at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, was received by the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio; Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila; and Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule.

Tinubu had departed Nigeria for France on September 4, 2025, to observe part of his annual holiday.

He was initially scheduled to split the period between France and the United Kingdom.

While in Paris, the Nigerian leader held a private luncheon with French President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace.

Both leaders reviewed areas of bilateral cooperation and agreed to deepen the partnership for mutual prosperity and global stability.

The President’s return signals his resumption of official duties after the break.
