Former President Olusegun Obasanjo; founder, PLO Lumumba Foundation, Prof. Patrick Lumumba; Head of the European Union delegation to Nigeria, Ambassador Gautier Mignot; global business strategist & executive coach, Dr Corrie Block; among others are billed to speak at a national leadership conference, taking place in Abuja between September 5 and 6, 2025.
Organised by the GOTNI Leadership Centre, the conference themed: ‘Transforming Minds, Inspiring Results,” seeks to bring together business executives, policymakers, entrepreneurs, community leaders, and emerging change-makers for two transformative days of mindset shifts, elite networking and actionable strategies for impact.
Addressing journalists in Abuja on Friday ahead of the conference, the
CEO of GOTNI Leadership Centre, Dr Linus Okorie, said if Nigeria must make strategic progress, there must be efforts for leaders to deliberately and intentionally find themselves in engagements where their mindset can be transformed and prepared to inspire great results within their institutions.
That, he said is the only way Nigeria can make progress if there is a critical mass of people who have understood what leadership is all about which is for the service of others and understand that nobody can actually achieve results just alone.
