Arsenal eyeing deal for Brazilian wonderkid?

A deal that would have seen Harvey Elliott transfer to RB Leipzig from Liverpool has fallen through, and now the Liverpool midfielder will transfer to Premier League rivals Aston Villa on transfer deadline. This is a massive coup for Unai Emery’s side, who have been apparently tracking Elliott for the whole window.

Galatasaray will sign Ilkay Gundogan this evening in a deal worth around andamp;pound;3.5 million, after Manchester City informed the former Germany international that he would be allowed to depart the Etihad Stadium. Gundogan returned to Pep Guardiola’s side last summer from Barcelona, but failed to set the Premier League alight in his second spell at the club and had been told that he is free to find a new challenge.
